摘 要:目的:探讨不同DNA抽提方法在乳腺癌血清循环DNA提取中的效果。方法:选取86例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,比较QIAgene、OMEGA、磁珠法、酚/氯仿法对乳腺癌患者血清循环DNA的提取效果。结果:四种DNA提取方法中,磁珠法具有最高的提取效率(72.5%)和最低的CV值(23.1%)。结论:磁珠法对乳腺癌患者血清循环DNA的提取效果最好,尤其适用于小片断DNA的提取。Objective To study the effect of different extraction methods for circulating DNA in plasma from patients with breast cancer.Method For 86 patients with breast cancer were selected as object.The extraction effect of QIAgene,OMEGA,magnetic beads and Phenol-chloroform method was compared for circulating DNA in plasma from patients with breast cancer.Results The magnetic beads method had the highest extraction efficiency(72.5%) and the lowest CV value(23.1%).Conclusion The magnetic beads method has the best extraction efficiency for circulating DNA in plasma from patients with breast cancer,especially suitbale for the extraction of small fragment DNA.
