CHOPE方案治疗24例非霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨用环磷酰胺、阿霉素、长春新碱、泼尼松、足叶乙甙组成的方案CHOPE治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效和毒性。方法:CTX(环磷酰胺)650mg/m2、ADM(阿霉素)40mg/m2、VCR(长春新碱)1.4mg/m2第1天静脉推注;Pred(泼尼松)1mg/(kg·d),第1～5天口服;VP-16(足叶乙甙)70mg/m2,第1～5天静脉滴注;每4周为1个疗程,全组患者接受3～8个周期治疗,平均约4个周期(3.79)。结果:24例患者完全缓解(CR)16例,占66.7%,部分缓解(PR)4例,占16.6%,总有效率(CR+PR)达83.3%。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制。结论:CHOPE方案是治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的有效方案,毒性反应可耐受。Objective To observe the effect and side effects of CHOPE regimen for patients with non-Hodgkin＇ s lymphoma.Method CTX 650 mg/m2,ADM 40 mg/m2 and VCR 1.4 mg/m2 administered iv by drop on d1,Prednisone 1 mg/（kg·d） was given on d1 ～7,VP-16 70 mg/m2 was administered iv by drop on d1 ～5.The mean of one chemotherapy period was 4 weeks,all the patients were obtained 3 ～ 8 periods＇treatment while mean was about 4 weeks.Results In all 24 patients,16 CR and 4 PR,83.3% of total response rate was achieved.Main toxicities were neutropenia and thrombocytopenia.Conclusion CHOPE regimen can achieve a satisfied results in the treatment of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma with well tolerated toxicity.
