摘　　要：从系统部署、数据存储方式、版权问题处理、数据处理和相关技术应用等方面探讨了以东莞市民学习网为技术基础建设珠三角市民学习网的技术要点,以期为珠三角地区市民学习网的实施,以及同类型在线学习平台构建提供参考。This paper comes up with the technical key points to construct Pearl River Delta citizen＇s learning web technically based on the Dongguan citizen＇s learning web, and has detailed discussion from the aspects of system deployment, data storage method, copyright problem handling, data processing and web technology application, which aims to provide a reference for the implementation of Pearl River Delta citizen＇s learning web and the construction of online learning platform of the same type.
