夹具图形的XML描述与ACIS平台下的应用

摘  要:ACIS具有丰富的几何造型功能,但是在可视化操作与交互方面能力不足;HOOPS的图形显示、交互和数据结构方面具有显著优势,但是造型功能欠缺。因此ACIS与HOOPS双重平台能够很好地完成复杂模型的实时渲染、人机交互与模型计算之间的功能要求。为了使夹具图形库独立于特定的CAD平台,建立了图形信息与XML层次结构之间的映射,采用ACIS与HOOPS相结合的平台以及C++开发接口完成了图形交换接口子系统,实现了基于XML描述方式的组合夹具图形在ACIS平台下的自动生成,为异构平台夹具图形的重绘提供了便利,减少了因跨越平台所带来的夹具元件库的重建工作量。ACIS has strong geometric modeling function, but lacks of capacity in the visual aspects of operation and interaction; HOOPS has significant advantages on graphic display, interaction and data structure, but lacks of modeling capability. Therefore, a combined platform of ACIS and HOOPS has a perfect performance in real-time ren- dering of a complex model, human-computer interaction and functional requirements between the model calculations. In order to make the fixture graphic base independent of special CAD platforms, mapping between graphics information and XML hierarchy structure is established and a combined platform of ACIS and HOOPS with C + + development tool are used to develop an interface subsystem of graphic data exchange, so XML-based modular fixture graphic can be redrawn automatically on ACIS platform. It is easy for fixture graphics to be redrawn across heterogeneous platforms, and also reduces reconstructing components in fixture base across platforms.
