摘　　要：目的研究Fas基因多态性在中国地区汉族人群中的分布与人类其他种族的比较。方法应用聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)限制性片段长度多态性(restriction fragment length polymorphism,RFLP)方法对124例中国地区汉族正常健康人群进行了Fas基因多态性检测,并与其他种族作比较。结果汉族Fas-670位点基因型和等位基因频率与其他种族比较差异无显著性。结论未发现Fas基因多态性在中国地区汉族人群中的分布与人类其他种族存在差异。Objective To investigate the polymorphism of Fas promoter-670 in Chinese Han population and compare with other races.Methods Fas promoter-670 polymorphism was examined in 124 health subjects of Han population by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）.Results There was no significant difference of Fas-670 genotype and gene frequency between the Han population and the other races.Conclusion No ethnic difference occurred between Han and the other races in polymorphism of Fas promoter-670.
