从哈特人的自愿隔离做法论加拿大多元文化政策的限度

摘　　要：加拿大多元文化政策已经实施多年,但是哈特人至今还和主流社会保持着隔离的状态。多元文化政策所倡导的文化保留与各民族群体间的积极交流有没有矛盾?政策应不应该默许这样的自愿隔离?怎样打破历史上受迫害的小群体心理上的障碍?这种政策对自愿隔离的容忍有没有限度?论文从集体权力和民族团结的角度对以上问题进行探讨,目的是探索集体文化保留权利和加强全民族凝聚力之间怎样保持平衡。Canadian multicultural policy has been in effect for a long time,yet the Hutterite have still maintained voluntary separation from the mainstream society.Do cultural maintenance and inter-group interaction advocated by the multicultural policy contradict with each other？ Should the policy connive at such voluntary separation？ How can the psychological barrier of the historically persecuted small ethnic groups be overcome？ Should there be some limitations in the policy＇s tolerance for voluntary separation？ This article intends to tackle these questions within the framework of collective rights and national unity,for the purpose of finding some balance between collective rights in cultural maintenance and the need to forge national identity.
