摘 要:电工钢片具有不同程度的各向异性磁特性,而传统磁场数值分析方法未能充分考虑这种特性,针对这一问题提出一种新方法予以解决.利用爱波斯坦方圈法测量与轧制方向成不同角度的硅钢片样片磁特性,根据多方向磁特性建立新的磁阻率模型,并采用Fortran自编程序进行了各向异性磁场的有限元分析.为了验证该方法的正确性,制作了一个三相变压器试验模型,通过对模型计算结果和测量结果的比较,证明了所提新方法的可行性.The magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets are anisotropic in varying degrees, and the anisotropy in magnetic properties is not adequately considered for those traditional numerical analysis methods of electromagnetic field. A new method was proposed to resolve this problem. The magnetic properties of silicon steel sheet samples with different angles to rolling direction were measured using Epstein frame method. And a new reluctivity model was set up based on the multi-direction magnetic properties. The finite element analysis for anisotropic magnetic field was carried out using self-written Fortran program. A three-phase transformer testing model was built to verify the validity of the proposed method. The comparison between the calculated and measured results proves that the proposed method is feasible.
