从法律用语看《唐律疏议》“礼法结合”的特点

摘　　要：采用描述性研究方法,以法律用语为例,来说明《唐律疏议》"礼法结合"的特点,表现为法是维护礼的武器及把礼制作为立法的指导思想等方面。《唐律疏议》"礼法结合"的特点既有文化方面的原因,也有政治、经济、社会、心理方面的原因。This thesis adopts the descriptive research methods and aims to take the legal terms for example to demonstrate one feature of TangLuShuYi,combination of rites and law.The expressions of this feature include that law is the weapon to protect rites and rites is the guiding principle of legislation.This feature of TangLuShuYi both has cultural reasons,and has political,economic,social and psychological factors.
