摘　　要：本文全面分析了医学院校本科毕业生学术不端行为的心理因素,对产生这些心理因素的原因进行了总结,并结合笔者的教学经验,提出了针对学术不端行为心理因素的具体措施,以及如何提高医学院校本科毕业论文(设计)质量和完善毕业论文(设计)质量监控体系的建议。The article analyzes the graduates＇ psychological factors of academic misconduct in medical college,and summarizes the reasons that induce these psychological factors.Additionally,combining with the author＇s teaching experience,some specific measures for the psychological factors of academic misconduct are proposed.At last,the suggestions for bettering the quality of graduation thesis（design） and improving quality controlling system for graduation thesis（design） are given.
