摘　　要：本文就预防医学性质、任务及预防医学人才特点进行了较深刻的分析，针对２１世纪医学科学的发展，预防医学事业面临的机遇和挑战，提出了预防医学人才培养的目标和培养高素质复合型人才的必要性和重要性，强调学校教育必须转变观念，加强教学改革的力度，为高素质复合型预防医学人才的培养创造必要的条件。该文的分析将对２１世纪预防医学人才的素质培养，提供较好的借鉴。This paper makes a more detailed analysis on the features and tasks of the preventive medicine,and the characteristics of its qualified personnel.In view of the future development of the preventive medicine during the 21st century,the authors believe that the preventive medicine will be up against a new opportunity and a new challenge,putting forward the goal of training qualified personnel in the preventive medicine,and emphasizing the necessity and importance of this kind of training.Therefore,college education in the preventive medicine has to make some changes in its policy and to reinforce the dynamics of educational reform so as to create necessary conditions for training top quality comprehensive personnel in the preventive medicine.The analysis in this paper will provide a better reference for training and bringing up top quality personnel in the field of the preventive medicine in the 21st century.
