摘　　要：当今世界的竞争，说到底是人才的竞争。高等学校是人才最为密集的地方，教师则是学校的核心，一支具有良好的政治、业务素质，结构合理、相对稳定的教师队伍，对学校的教育质量、科研能力、服务社会能力等方面均起着决定性的作用。作者于１９９７年对某高校进行了师资队伍状况有关问题的问卷调查，旨在通过调查结果分析，了解师资队伍状况，为制订师资队伍管理措施提供依据。Nowaday,the competition of talented person becoming more and more impotent to the Universities and Colleges.The political and professional quality of the teaching team is the key for the University.We finished a survey about the state of the teaching team by question and answer papers.The results are valuable for the management and formulate policy or plan to strengthen the teaching team in our University.
