7例急性重症毒鼠强中毒营养救治探索

摘　　要：目的：为缓解急性毒鼠强中毒症状，减轻毒物对器官的损伤，提高患者生存率。方法：调整和控制营养素摄入，给予低蛋白、高热能、清热解毒等治疗。结果：经治疗３～１０天，患者血氨、肝功转氨酶、总胆红质、直接胆红素、间接胆红素基本恢复正常，神经系统症状和消化道症状好转。结论：营养调理不仅帮助毒物排泄，更重要的作用是减轻因毒物引起代谢紊乱和急性器官损伤，同时能供给患者足够的热能和维生素、矿物质，提高病人自身抵抗力。Objective:To relieve the symptoms of acute tetramethylene disulfo tetramine poisoning and the poisoning damage to the organs and raise the survival rate of patients.Methods:The patients were treated by adjusting and controling the nutrient intake,offering the foods with low proteins and high heat and clearin away heat and toxic material.Results:The patients blood ammonia transaminase of liver function,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin became nomal on the whole,and the symptoms of the nervous system and the digestive tract improved.Conclusions:Nutritional adjustment can not only help excrete poison,but also relieve metabolic disorder induced by the poison and acute organic injury and supply enough heat,vitamins and mineral substance for the patient to improve his resistance.
