高校体育教学改革中若干理论问题的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、归纳演绎法对当前高校体育教学改革中几个理论问题进行探讨,提出:要正确认识和理解"健康第一"的指导思想;要树立现代教学观念;要以终身体育为指导,建立以增强体质和提高健康水平为中心的课程体系。Through documentation method,experts interview,induction and deduction methods,on probing into several theory problems of the college physical education reform at present,the author points out that it should understand rightly the guiding ideology＂Health First＂,that it should build up modern teaching conception;and that it should,under the guide of ＂lifetime physical education＂,set up a course system aiming at building up one＇s body and improving health level.
