摘  要:从稻草刨花板表面粗糙度角度分析了水在稻草刨花板表面的润湿性,以及不同预处理对脲醛树脂在稻草刨花板表面接触角的变化。结果表明,稻草刨花板表面粗糙度越大,润湿性越好,NaOH、热水和无水乙醇预处理对提高脲醛树脂在稻草刨花板表面的润湿性能有明显的效果,特别是热水处理和无水乙醇处理效果最为显著。The relationship between the contact angle of the distilled water on the surface of the rice straw particle board and the surface roughness were analyzed.The angles of the urea formaldehyde resin on the surface of the particle board after treated with NaOH,hot water or ethanol were also measured.The results showed that the larger the surface roughness was,the better the surface wettability was.The surface wettability was significantly improved after treated with the methods mentioned above,among which hot water and absolute alcohol treatments demonstrated the most satisfactory results.
