摘　　要：席卷全球的金融危机已经对我国的就业形势形成了严重的冲击,本文就是在深入调查了解当前形势下高校毕业生的就业意向、心理影响和综合就业情况后,对调查得到的数据进行分析整理、统计推断,最终在就业指导和服务、毕业生基层就业、职业生涯规划、创业、网络资源的开发和利用等方面做出对策性的思考。Employment situation in our nation have been seriously influenced by the financial crisis,which has swept across the globe.Under the current situation,the author deeply investigated the situation about the graduates＇ intention for employment,psy-chological impact and their overall employment state.After analyzing the data from the investigation,the author presented the tactics for the following aspects： employment guidance and service,taking up an occupation at the basic units,career planning,beginning an undertaking,and exploiting and using internet resources.
