摘 要:观察了LewisY(Ley)抗原与乳腺癌细胞增殖和转移的关系。用SP免疫组化法,检测了23例乳腺癌原发癌和腋窝淋巴结转移癌组织中Ley在癌细胞内的表达情况。并用AgNORs染色法观察癌细胞增殖活性,从而分析了癌细胞Ley抗原表达与增殖活性之间的关系。结果22/23例原发灶和17/18例转移灶中癌细胞内有Ley表达。随着癌细胞Ley表达强度的增加,其AgNORs数量增多,并且腋窝淋巴结癌转移的数量也呈增高趋势。结论:Ley抗原的表达与乳腺癌细胞增殖活性和腋窝淋巴结转移情况密切相关,Ley抗原可作为判断乳腺癌预后的参考指标之一。To investigate the relationship between Le y antigen expression and the proliferative activity of human primary breast carcinoma and its metastasis,23 cases of primary breast cancer inclyding metastatic 18 axially lymph nodes were studied retrospectively.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine Le y antigen expression in the cancer tissue.The proliferative activity of the carcinoma was deteoted by AgNORs staining.The relationship between Le y antigen expression and the proliferative activity of the same cancer tissue was analyzed.Results:The Le y antigen expression was detected in 22/23 of primary carcinoma tissues and 17/18 cases of axially lymph node metastatic lesions.As the intensity of Le y expression strengthened the AgNORs counts and the lymph node metastatic rate were increasing.These results suggested that Le y antigen expression correlated closely to the proliferative activity and the lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma.The expression of Le y antigen may be served as one of the reference parameters of predicting the prognosis human breast cancer.
