摘　　要：文中以大型零售业供应链为研究对象,据GSCF框架的八大流程对供应链中存在的风险进行分析,并在此基础上从战略和战术两个层次对零售业供应链风险防范进行探究。在战略上,提出了基于GSCF框架的风险管理模型,在战术上从多方面提出了一些具有可行性的措施。并强调企业应将供应链风险管理提升到战略的高度,从大处着眼,小处实施,以提高零售业供应链的安全性和绩效。Based on the large retail chain as the research object,according to GSCF framework for supply chain process existed in eight of the risk analysis,and on the basis of strategy and tactics for retail chain two levels risk prevention inquiry. Strategically,the GSCF framework is proposed based on risk management model in the tactical aspects,and puts forward some from the feasible measures. And in supply chain risk management enterprise shall ascend to the strategic height,big picture,small retail chain,in order to improve the safety and performance.
