供应链企业合作问题的探析

摘　　要：供应链企业追求的是效率和柔性间的平衡,以便实现竞争与自身的企业状况相吻合。供应链合作伙伴关系使得供应链中各企业都能在市场中具有竞争优势,使他们团结于这种更有效率和效益的商业关系中,建立长期的契约关系,以更灵活通畅的渠道与地位提供具有竞争力的产品给客户,来赢得市场。文中针对供应链企业合作的驱动力及合作收益等进行阐述,并且对进一步完善供应链合作提出了建议。The enterprises in supply chain seek the balance between the efficiency and flexibility in order to achieve the competition and consistent with their own business situations.The relationship between supply chain partners can make the enterprises get a competitive advantage in the market and be consolidated in the more efficient and effective business relations.The supply chain partners can build long-term contractual relationship to provide competitive products to our customers in a more flexible way and good position to hold the market. In this paper,the driving forces among the supply chain parters＇collaboration and income after business cooperation will be described in detail.And give some further suggestions for improving the supply chain collaboration.
