微动力多功能机在颌面外科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用微动力多功能机辅助操作行颌骨手术的方法。方法应用微动力多功能机,对颌骨进行去骨、开窗、打孔、切割等操作,来完成颌骨手术。结果应用微动力多功能机,手术创伤小、去骨量精确、术中及术后出血少,手术操作时间短。术后反应轻微,感染几率低,患者痛苦小。结论微动力多功能机在颌面外科有非常明显的优势和使用前景。Objective To discuss on the methods of jaw surgery with the Aided operation of micro-power multifunction machine.Methods Application of Micro-power multi-function machine to boneless,windows,punching or cutting the jaw bone to complete the jaws operation.Results After using the Micro-power multi-function machine,the surgical trauma was reduced,the bone mass was refined,the intraoperative bleeding and postoperative were reduced,he operative procedure was cut down,the postoperative reaction or the infection probability was reduced.Patients could feel better than before.Conclusion Micro-power multi-function machine in maxillofacial surgery might have obvious advantages and prospects.
