46例老年人心房纤颤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解掌握老年人心房纤颤的发病原因及主要心电图变化。方法对46例老年人经心电证实的心房纤颤患者进行临床分析。结果老年人心房纤颤与下列原因有关:(1)心房肌本身的病理变化;(2)心房扩大的程度;(3)窦房结的病变;(4)交感神经与副交感神经张力变异。结论持续性房颤的室率正常,对心脏排出量影响不大,无症状者常无需治疗。Objective To study on the changes of etiology and ECG of senile AF.Methods 46 cases of senile AF patient who were obtained the diagnosis with ECG were analyzed retrospectively.Results The senile AF was related with the reason as followed： pathological changes of atrial idiomuscular,degree of atrial enlargement,lesion of SN,variation of tesion of vagus and parasympathetic nerve.Conclusion persistent AF with normal ventricle rate and symptomless should not be treated as it less affected COP.
