摘 要:目的研究毛细管气相色谱法测定人参提取物中15种有机氯农药残留的方法。方法样品经石油醚为提取溶剂振荡提取后,经Florisil小柱净化,以毛细管气相色谱测定。结果实验结果表明在线性范围内相关系数r2>0.992,平均加标回收率为71.3%~103.9%,相对标准偏差为(RSD)为2.1%~11.0%,检出限为0.1~1.1μg·kg-1。结论研究方法能满足农药残留测定的要求。Aim To detect multiresidue method based on solid-phase extraction was developed for the simultaneous detection of 15 pesticides (pentachlorobenzene,tecnazene,tetrachloroanilline,HCB,alpha-BHC,gamma-BHC,Beta-BHC, pentachloroanilline,Delta-BHC,methyl-pentachlorophenyl sulfide (MPCPS),procymidone,p,p'-DDE,p,p'-DDD,o,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDT) in Ginseng extracts. Methods The extraction procedure was carried out on Florisil columns preconditioned with petroleum ether. The subsequent elution of pesticides was performed with a mixture of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate(9:1, v/v) prior to the determination by gas chromatography with electron capture detection. Results Good resolution of all compounds was achieved. Detection limits were between 0.1 μg/kg to 1.1 μg/kg,respectively,with linear calibration curves up to 0.2 mg·L^-1 for most constituents. Average recovery for all the pesticides studied were between 71.3% and 103.9%. Conclusion The proposed method is suitable for for detection of pesticide residues in Ginseng extracts.
