我国体育系统体育竞赛组织人才现状调查

摘　　要：结合2008年奥运会成功举办的经验,再次对奥组委竞赛组织部的相关人员进行了走访,对我国体育系统体育竞赛组织人才队伍的现状(包括基本属性和区域分布)进行了调查和研究。结果显示:我国体育系统体育竞赛组织人才在年龄段结构方面比较合理,以中青年为主;外语水平普遍偏低,文化水平一般;培训次数较少,且比较单一;行政大区和经济区域分布均不均衡,大多数集中在中南、西北、华东地区和西部地区。The paper investigates the current sports competition organizing personnel in China.The paper reveals that the age structure is reasonable,mainly composed of the young staff,that their English and academic learning are unsatisfactory,that their training opportunities are insufficient and that the location of the administrative and economic areas is not balanced,mainly in the central south,northwest,east and west part of China.
