和谐视界下的高校管理科学化研究

摘　　要：高校管理是一个多层次、宽广度、高难度的复杂化的管理系统,是学校教学科研的支持体系与有力保障。由于诸多因素的影响,当前高校管理存在着机制不够完善、人员素质参差不齐、职责划分欠合理、主动服务意识不强等不和谐现象。为此,高校在和谐管理理念下不断提升科学化管理水平,着重从管理机制、培训规划、提升服务、规范建设等方面构建积极向上、开拓创新的格局。The management in colleges and universities is a multilevel,fairly comprehensive,high difficult and complicated management system,which is the supporting system and powerful security for the teaching and researching in colleges and universities.Influenced by many factors,the present management in colleges and universities exists some inharmonious phenomena such as not having perfect mechanism,not equal quality of stuff,unreasonable duty division and less consciousness in positive serving.So,the colleges and universities should gradually improve the scientific management lever from the perspective of harmonious management,constructing a positive and creative structure mainly from management mechanism,training program;improving serve and regulation construction.
