摘　　要：多数高校的设备维修管理采用手工模式,不仅手续繁、效率低,而且不易于监控进展情况和统计各项数据.基于工作流理念,采用ASP.net,XML,Ajax等技术,设计开发了设备维修管理信息系统.该系统将管理工作分成5个环节,包含6个功能模块,定义了4种用户类型,具有较强的数据统计和分析功能,实现了维修的动态管理,并成功应用于学校管理实践中,最终提高了工作效率和服务质量.Maintenance managements of many universities are under manual actions, which are inefficient and difficult to monitor progress. Based on the idea of workflow, this research develops a management information system for instruments and equipments maintenance, with technologies of ASP. NET, XML, Ajax, etc. The system includes five links, six functional modules and four kinds of user types. Besides, it has powerful functions of data statistics and analysis, which achieves the dynamic management of maintenance. It is successfully applied to practice and improves the work efficiency and service quality.
