校企合作教育教学管理的改革探索与实践

摘　　要：依据校企合作程度,经管类专业校企合作教育大致可分为初级、中级、高级三个层次的合作关系。在这些不同的校企合作关系中,都存在合作企业参与教学管理还不够深入、教学计划的制订与管理制度不适应校企合作教育的需求等教学管理方面的问题。为解决这些问题,高职院校需要在教学计划与课程管理、教学行政管理、教学运行管理、教学质量管理、教学研究管理等方面进行改革,以适应校企合作教育的人才培养模式。The school-enterprise cooperative of economic management major can be divide into elementary,intermediate and advanced levels.In those cooperative relationships,there exists several teaching management problems,such as insufficient involvement of cooperative enterprises and unsuitable of teaching planning and management system for the needs of school-enterprise cooperation.To adapt the personnel training model of school-enterprise cooperative education,the higher vocational colleges should carry out management reforms in teaching planning and curriculum,school administrative,educational working,teaching quality and educational research.
