摘  要:探讨了超声辅助法提取藿香挥发油的工艺条件。以藿香挥发油含量为检测指标,考察了溶剂、提取时间、料液比和药材粒径对藿香挥发油提取率的影响,确定最佳提取工艺条件为:丙酮作溶剂、料液比1∶10、提取时间2 h、药材粒径40目,在此条件下,藿香挥发油平均提取率为1.3220%。与水蒸气蒸馏法和微波辅助法比较,超声辅助法具有提取率高、耗时短、工艺简单的优点。The extraction technique of volatile oil from Patchouli by ultrasound-assisted method was discussed.With the content of volatile oil as detection index,the effects of solvent,extraction time,ratio of material to solvent,material size on the extraction rate of volatile oil from Patchouli were investigated.The optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:acetone as solvent,the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶10,the extraction time was 2 h,and the material size was 40 mesh.And compared with steam distillation extraction and microwave-assisted extraction,the ultrasound-assisted extraction had advantages of high extraction rate,low time-consumption and simple process.
