摘  要:目的研究+Gz(headward gradinet acceleration,+Gz,即走加迷度)值暴露大鼠胃黏膜及外周血胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)的变化,探讨高+Gz值暴露后大鼠急性胃黏膜病变(acute gasticmucosal lesion,AGML)可能发生的机制。方法 50只SD成年雄性大鼠随机分成5组:A组为正常对照组,B组为加味丹参饮组,C组为适应性训练组,D组为奥美拉唑组,E组为损伤组,B、C、D三组相应干预后及E组在高+Gz值暴露5min,观察各组胃黏膜损伤的程度。各组组织标本经光镜观察组织形态学改变,并用ELISA方法检测血液中SS和GAS含量的变化。结果 E组大鼠胃窦充血、炎症改变明显,C组胃黏膜轻度炎症改变、无明显出血,B、D组组织无明显损伤;C组组织间质可见急慢性炎细胞浸润。GAS含量干预组比损伤组和对照组降低(P<0.05),SS含量干预组和E组比对照组增高(P<0.05)。结论高+Gz值暴露大鼠AGML的发生与血液中GAS、SS含量的改变及胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌异常,导致胃黏膜屏障破坏有关。Objective To study the mechanism of acute gastric mueosal lesion (AGML) induced by exposuring to +Gz value through evaluating the change of gastrin(GAS) and somatostatin(SS) level in the rats gastie mueosa and perpheral blood. Method Fifty Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomized into five groups: group A: blank control group; group B: Supplemented Salvia Beverage group; group C: Adaptive training group; group D: omeprazole group; group E: high +Gz value model group. The group B, C and D after accepting the corresponding intervention, underwent high +Gz value exposure. Specimens were suffered the HE, then the morphology of each group was observed, and the level of blood GAS and SS were detected by using ELISA. Result The rats exposed to high +Gz value showed conspicuous gastric mucosal lesions, obvious inflammatory response,while the rats exposed to adaptive training have slight gastric mucosal lesions, the remaining were nearly normal. The blood GAS level in B, C, D group was lower than that in other groups (P〈0.05) while the SS level in B, C, D and E group was just the opposite (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of the GAS, SS, gastric acid and pepsin play an important role in the damage of the gastric mucosal barrier correlated with AGML.
