胰岛素抵抗与脑血管病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨胰岛素抵抗与急性脑血管病的相关性。方法：放免法测定空腹血清胰岛素值及血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原、体重指数（ＢＭＩ）。住院脑血管病人２４１例与１０２例健康职工对照。结果：单因素分析胰岛素抵抗（ＩＲ）病人患脑血管病（ＣＶＤ）的相对危险率明显增高，但多元线性回归分析ＩＲ并非ＣＶＤ的独立危险因素。结论：ＨＩ是通过“Ｘ综合征”Objective:To study the relation between insulin resistance and stroke.Methods:Fast serum insulin and blood sugar,blood lipid,fibrinogen as well as body mass index were measured in 241 consecutive patients hospitalized for acute stroke,102 healthy subjects were regarded as controls.Results:Hyperinsulinemia was a common risk factor of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage with single variant analysis,but it was not an independent risk factor of acute stroke with multiple variant linear regressive analyses.Conclusion:Hyperinsulinemia becomes risk factor of acute stroke by syndrome X and its influence on fibrinogen.
