摘　　要：脑电阻抗测定是判断脑水肿量变化的一种新方法 ,尤其是对脑出血患者脑水肿量的变化有很重要的作用,能客观反映脑水肿引起颅内压增高的动态变化。通过动态监测时扰动系数变化图像分析,能准确指导临床早期诊断及科学、有效的治疗。现就其临床意义、监测方法、扰动系数判断等方面进行综述。The cerebral electric impedance,as a new method for judging the volume change of brain edema in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,can indicate the changes of the intracranial pressure. Through monitoring the change of perturbative index,the cerebral electric impedance can be instructive in the early diagnosis and the effective treatment in clinical practice. This paper reviews the clinical significance,the method of monitor,and perturbative index.
