胶原蛋白预防阻生齿拔除后并发症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的将胶原蛋白应用于下颌智齿拔牙创中,研究对拔牙后并发症的影响。方法将88例下颌阻生齿拔除的患者按照随机数字表分为甲乙两组,甲组拔牙创植入胶原蛋白,乙组为空白对照组,观察两组的并发症发生的差异。结果与对照组比较,填充胶原蛋白组在减少术后出血时间和减少干槽症发生率方面均有统计学差异。结论医用胶原蛋白可以降低出血时间,减少术后并发症,并且可以促进组织生长。Objective To study the effects of collagen on the extraction of impacted mandibular third molar in clinical setting. Methods 88 patients with impacted mandibular third molar were randomly divided into 2 groups. In group A,collagen was put into the sockets after tooth extraction while group B was used as blank control. Results There was a statistical difference in bleeding time and detection rate of dry socket. Conclusion The study demonstrated that collagen possessed the effects of reducing bleeding time and postoperative complications.
