摘　　要：本文通过研究创意企业人本、技术、宽容性特征,并在资本、能力、产品、管理等方面与传统企业的进行比较分析,从创意企业价值实现的角度探究人本管理的内涵、创意资源协同管理、创意资本管理、创意风险管理、创意工程管理等方面的创新问题。This paper presented the features of innovation enterprises in terms of human resources,technology and tolerance.It also comparatively analyzed the capital,capacity,products,management between conventional enterprises and the innovation enterprises.Furthermore,it investigated some problems such as the people-oriented management,collaboration among resources,capital management,risk management and creative project management from the perspective of the value realization.
