摘  要:通过添加表面活性剂和有机溶剂对银型抗菌白炭黑进行改性研究。运用ICP、粒度分布仪对改性后银型抗菌白炭黑中抗菌离子含量、粒度分布进行表征;利用菌落计数法对改性后材料的抗菌性能进行研究;并与未改性的银型抗菌白炭黑进行比较。结果表明,改性后的银型抗菌白炭黑中抗菌离子含量高于未改性前;结构较改性前松散,且分散性好;粒径主要分布在3-6μm且均一;具有较好的热稳定性和光稳定性。The preparation and characterization of the Ag-antibacterial White Carbon Black modified by surfactant,and organic solvent was investigated.The sol-gel method was used to prepare the white carbon black carrier.Ag^+ was selected to be the antibacterial ion,and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(surfactant),ethanol(organic solvent) was selected to be the modifiers.They were synthesized on the white carbon black carrier.These as-synthesized modified antibacterial materials were characterized by inductively coupled plasma,particle size measurement instrument and enumeration tests(escherichia coli as experimental bacterium).The result showed that the amount of antibacterial ions and bacteriostasis rate of modified Ag-antibacterial white carbon black are higher than those for the common Ag-antibacterial white carbon black.In addition,the particle sizes of modified samples can be extended down with a narrow size distribution.Other advantages of modified Ag-antibacterial white carbon black are good thermal stability and light stability.
