胃粘膜活检和幽门弯曲菌

摘　　要：对166例胃粘膜活检进行了 HE,Warthin-Starry 和 Giemsa 染色,检出幽门弯曲菌(CP)113例(68%)。结果发现 CP 在慢性胃炎,溃疡病病人的检出率明显高于正常人(P<0.01),其检出率与炎症的程度及活动度成正比。进一步观察了 CP 的形态特征,细菌与粘膜上皮接触部位及粘膜上皮本身的形态变化。讨论了 CP 在慢性活动性胃炎中的致病性。Gastroscopic biopsies from 166 patients were stained with HE,War- thln-Starry and Giemsa methods.Campylobacter pyloridis was dis- covered in specimens of 113 patients (68%).The results showed that the detecting rate of campylobacter pyloridis was much higher in chronic gastritis and ulcers than that in normal (P<0.01),which had a positive relation to the grade and activity of gastritis.The shape and characteristic of campylobacter pyloridis,the morphologic changes of its contact with epithelial cell and the morphologie changes of epithelial celIs itself were deeply observed.The pathogenesis of campylobacter pyloridis in chronic active gastritis was studied.
