钢渣车轮对压装后内侧距超上限问题的研究

摘　　要：在钢渣车轮对的使用过程中常会出现轮对内侧距超上限的问题,其中多数情况是压装时压力满足要求但轮对内侧距超上限。针对以上问题,探讨了轮对在压装力符合要求条件下,如何对内距超上限轮对进行不退轮调整的可行性,以便能够指导冶金运输车辆的轮对组装中所出现的类似问题。In the process of steel slag vehicle′s wheel installation,the phenomenon that the inner-distance of wheels is over the deviation is often occurred.Some of them may come out although wheelset is installed by proper pressure.On the basis of analyzing how to adjust the inner-distance between wheels,the measurements are proposed for reference to wheelset installation.
