官地矿疗养工人和作业工人营养水平比较研究

摘　　要：本文报道了28名煤矿工人疗养期和作业期营养水平比较研究。结果表明,疗养期和作业期矿工的平均每日热能摄入量分别达到其供给量标准的156%和97%。疗养期或作业期部分煤矿工人 VA、VB_2、VC 和钙的营养水平低于正常值。不论疗养期或作业期,32.1%的受试者暗适应时间延长;核黄素缺乏的体征占全部受试者的3.6～7.1%。经过1个月的疗养后,矿工 VB_2和钙的营养水平有所改善。In this paper,we reported the nutritional levels of sanatory stage and work stage of 28 coal miners.The results showed that their mean daily intake of energy of sanatory stage and work stage had reached 156% and 97% of the recommended dietary allowance respectively.Nutritional levels of VA,VB_2,VC and calcium of sanatory stage or work stage of the parts of coal miners were less than normal values.Whether san- atory stage or work stage,the dark adaptation time of 32.1% of the subjects was extended;The signs of riboflavin deficiency were 3.6～7.1% of the subjects.After a month of the sanatory,the nutritional levels of VB_2 and calcium of coal miners were improved.
