辅助身体语言对老年手术患者生理和心理指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察辅助身体语言对老年手术患者常规生理和心理指标的影响,探讨临床适宜护理方法。方法老年手术患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组50例在术前、术中和术后护理中与患者使用常规语言交流;观察组50例在以上基础上辅助以身体语言。分别观察比较2组患者术前和进入手术室后的心率、血压和心理焦虑情况,术后3d调查护理满意度。结果观察组进入手术室后的生理、心理指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),对手术室护理工作满意度为88%(P<0.01)。结论在手术室整体护理工作中,辅助身体语言交流有利于老年患者术前生理和心理指标的稳定,使护患关系更加和谐、融洽,有利于患者康复。Objective To investigate the effects of body language skills on physiological and psychological indices of elder patients who would accept operation, so as to get appropriate nursing skills. Methods One hundred elder patients were randomly assigned into two groups, the control group and the intervening group. Usual language was used in nursing work during the operation session in the control group, while in the intervening group. Body language skills in addition to the usual language were used. Heart rate, blood pressure and psychological anxiety were observed. The satisfaction degree on the nursing skills was inquired 3 days after the operation. Results The parameters of physiology and psychology of the elder patients in the intervening group were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, their satisfaction degree was 98%. Conclusion Communicating with the elder patients with body language skills in addition to the usual language could improve the parameters of physiology and psychology, and it could promote the relationship between nurses and patients, and benefit to the recovery of the patients.
