体育双语教学的学科优势与师资匮乏的解析

摘　　要：我国双语教学快速发展,展现出广阔前景,体育在双语教学中具有独特的学科优势,由于体育双语教师的匮乏,体育双语教学未发挥其应有的作用.我国应建立"以开设体育双语教育专业为主,引进与转岗培训为辅的体育双语教育人才培养体系",以满足日益增长的体育双语教育人才的需求.The bilingual teaching is developing quickly and has a vast range prospects in China.Physical education has the superiority over other subjects in the bilingual teaching.It can＇t give full play to its own advantages because of the shortage of physical education bilingual teachers.To meet the growing demand of physical education bilingual teachers,China shall institute a system of physical education bilingual teachers which mainly depend on the physical education bilingual speciality,applied by Engaging the returned students and the foreign teachers and changing post from physical education teacher or English teacher.
