甲状腺乳头状癌组织Tiam-1和Flt-4及CXCR4表达临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移基因(Tiam-1)、fms样酪氨酸激酶4(Flt-4)和趋化因子受体CXCR4在甲状腺乳头状癌组织的表达及其意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测52例甲状腺乳头状癌、40例腺瘤组织和20例正常甲状腺组织Tiam-1、Flt-4和CXCR4表达情况,分析其在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达水平与临床特点的关系。结果:甲状腺乳头状癌组织Tiam-1、Flt-4和CXCR4表达水平升高,与甲状腺腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织中的表达比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。Tiam-1、Flt-4和CXCR4表达强度均与淋巴结转移有关,P<0.05;而与性别、年龄以及肿瘤大小无明显相关。结论:Tiam-1、Flt-4和CXCR4在甲状腺癌的发生、发展中可能起到重要作用,可作为甲状腺癌患者预后的指标。抑制其表达可能成为新的甲状腺癌治疗靶点。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the expression and significance of Tiam-1,Flt-4 and chemokine receptor （CXCR4） proteins in thyroid papillary carcinomas tissues.METHODS：The expressions of Tiam-1,Flt-4 and CXCR4 were exmamined by immunohistochemistry in 52 cases of thyroid papillary carcinomas,40 cases of thyroid adenomas and 20 case of normal thyroid tissues.RESULTS：The expression levels of Tiam-1,Flt-4 and CXCR4 proteins in thyroid papillary carcinoms were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenomas and normal thyroid tissues（P0.05）,and were not closely related with age,sex and tumor size,but with lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Tiam-1,Flt-4 and CXCR4 may play an important role in the development of thyroid papillary carcinoma.The expressions of Tiam-1,Flt-4 and CXCR4 in thyroid cancer may be used as markers to evaluate prognosis and provide the important basis for seeking new curing targets of thyroid cancer therapy in clinic.
