胃癌组织nm23和CD44s基因表达及其与肿瘤转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌组织nm23和CD44s基因的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测84例胃癌组织及其癌旁组织中nm23和CD44s基因的表达,应用χ2检验和相关分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:胃癌组织nm23和CD44s基因的阳性表达率分别为54.8%(46/84)和40.5%(34/84),明显高于癌旁组织中的表达(42.9%,14.3%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。nm23基因的阳性表达率与胃癌的组织学分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移等密切相关,P<0.05。CD44s阳性表达与是否有浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关,P<0.05。CD44s与nm23的表达呈负相关。结论:CD44s和nm23基因与胃癌的发生和转移相关,检测两者的表达情况有助于临床预测胃癌的转移和侵袭程度。OBJECTIVE：To detect the expressions of nm23 and CD44s in gastric cancer tissues,and their clinical significance.METHODS：The expressions of nm23 and CD44s were detected by immunohistochemistry assay（SP）.And their relationship with clinical characters was analyzed by chi-square test and correlation analysis.RESULTS：The expressions of nm23 and CD44s were 54.8%（46/84） and 40.5%（34/84）respectively,which were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues（42.9%,14.3%,P0.05）.The expression of nm23 was correlated with differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.The expression of CD44s was correlated with invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（P0.05）.The expression of nm23 was negative correlated with that of CD44s.CONCLUSION：The expressions of nm23 and CD44s are correlated with occur and metastasis of gastric cancer,which may be helpful to the predict of gastric cancer metastasis.
