摘 要:目的:利用前期研究获得的肺癌特异性小分子肽,探讨对提高临床肺癌胸腔积液脱落细胞的阳性诊断率。方法:将小分子肽合成于树脂珠子上,对取自64例不同疾病(肺癌、间皮瘤、胃癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、肺炎和胸膜结核等)患者的胸腔积液与小分子肽珠子共培养,分离黏附树脂珠子上细胞,显微镜下观察细胞形态。免疫组化技术验证珠子分离细胞的性质。结果:常规细胞学方法仅检出1例阳性病例,而经小分子肽树脂珠子分离胸腔积液中细胞检出5例阳性病例,阳性率提高了10.81%。结论:小分子肽珠子辅助常规细胞学方法诊断可提高胸腔积液肺癌细胞的阳性检出率。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinic significance of the specific small molecule peptide obtained from provious study for lung cancer in promoting cytopathological positive diagnosis rate of pleural fluid in lung cancer.METHODS:The small molecule peptides were synthesized on resin beads and then co-cultured with pleural fluid obtained from 64 cases including lung cancer,mesothelioma,gastric carcinoma,colon cancer,breast cancer,pneumonia and tuberculosis of pleura and so on.The cells captured from beads were subsequently stripped off the beads and the cell smears were prepared on slides for microscopic examination and immunostaining.RESULTS:Only one positive case was found by the routine cytologic method,while five positive cases were present by the routine cytologic method combined with the capturing cancer cell with peptide beads.The positive rate increased by 10.81%.CONCLUSION:The small molecule peptide bead technology assistant routin cytology diagnosis can be used for isolating and enriching the scanty number of lung cancer cells in body fluids.
