CT门静脉成像对食管胃静脉曲张侧支循环的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过与常规门静脉直接造影(CP)的比较,评价CT门静脉成像(CT portography,CTP)显示食管胃静脉曲张相关侧支循环血管的能力。方法:对42例门静脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张栓塞术患者的术前CT门静脉成像和术中常规门静脉直接造影进行对比,比较二者对食管胃静脉曲张相关侧支血管显示的差异性,采用卡方检验。结果:二种检查方法对食管胃静脉曲张相关侧支血管显示的差异性检验,(χ2=2.00,P>0.05),表明二者无显著差异。结论:CT门静脉成像能直观显示食管胃静脉曲张相关的侧支循环血管,有助于治疗方案的选择和缩短治疗的时间。Objective：To evaluate the accuracy of CT portography（CTP） in demonstration of gastroesophageal varices and their related collateral vessels by correlating with conventional portography（CP）.Methods：Contrasting CTP and CP of 42 patients with gastroesophageal varices underwent interventional embolism.χ^2 test was used to detect the differences of CTP and CP demonstrating the collateral vessels of gastroesophageal varices.Results：According to χ^2 test,CTP and CP had no significant differences in demonstrating the related collateral vessels（χ^2=2.00,P〉0.05）.Conclusion：CTP can instuitively demonstrate the related collateral vessels of gastroesophageal varices,which makes it easier to select therapeutic regimen and shorten therapeutic time.
