摘　　要：目的:超声引导下对不同年龄采用不同水压治疗小儿肠套叠。方法:通过对216例小儿肠套叠不同年龄采用不同水压在超声引导下治疗,其中有27例采用2次水压灌肠治疗。结果:超声引导下不同水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠成功率95.8%(207/216)。结论:超声引导下不同水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠取得较好复位治疗效果。Objective：To investigat the perfusion treatment of introsusception in children at different ages with different pressures through ultrasound guide.Methods：216 cases were subjucted to this treatment,of which 27 succeeded untill the second colon perfusion.Results：The success rate of perfusion treatment on child with introsusception through ultrasound guide was 95%（207/216）.Conclusion：The research on the perfusion treatment of introsusception in children at different ages with different pressures through ultrasound guide shows a high successful rate.
