摘　　要：实验室的安全是开展教学和科研活动的基本保证,论述了加强实验室安全教育,建立健全实验室管理制度,建设高水平的师资队伍的重要性,提出了良好的实验室工作方式是构建实验室安全保障体系。The laboratory safety is basic guarantee for the activities of teaching and research. The significance of strengthening laboratory education for undergraduates and graduates as well as that of perfecting the management rules and cultivating the high-standard teachers were discussed. The paper also brought out that the good labortary working methods are the new thoughts of establishing the laboratory safety system.
