摘　　要：针对高校大型仪器设备管理和共享中现存的问题,从设备购置论证、运行管理模式、开放共享基金、效益评价体系、激励机制、实验队伍建设等方面探讨了如何有效加强高校大型仪器设备开放共享工作,以提高大型仪器设备和优质资源的使用效益,更好地促进高校仪器设备开放共享的可持续发展。Faced with some problems existed at present in the management and sharing of the university＇ s large-scale equipment, this paper explored how to strengthen large-scale instrument and equipment share in the university effective- ly, including purchasing of equipment, operation and management model, open-sharing fund, benefit appraising sys- tem, prompting mechanism, professional team construction. University will devote to raise the usage efficiency of large- scale instrument and quality resource, to further accelerate the sustainable development of large-scale instrument ＆ equipment sharing work.
