高职教育实训基地建设的理念与实践

摘　　要：加强实训基地建设是办好高等职业教育的关键,高职院校要想使实训基地真正符合实践教学需要,必须切实优化实训基地的软件与硬件相关要素,即教学资料、实训设施、管理模式与指导教师等;结合办学特色与自身实际,借鉴并创新国内外实践教学模式;加强联合建设,引入资金设备,积极拓展实践基地的投资渠道。It is important for vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of practical training bases. According to the construction of training bases, this paper discussed the optimization of key elements of the hardware and software, the innovation of practice teaching mode, and the broadening of investment channel.
