摘　　要：随着校园网的不断发展，对网络安全计费的要求越来越高。该文探讨了以前校园网基于IP计费方案的不足，并对基于用户计费的方案作了介绍。With. the Developing for University Network, the requirment for network security accounting is higherand higher.The article explores the disadvantages of accounting scheme based on IP befor, and introduces an acounting scheme based on user.
