阿魏酸钠联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞62例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿魏酸钠联合血塞通注射液对脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为2组,治疗组31例,应用阿魏酸钠注射液150mg加入0.9%生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/日,血塞通注射液300mg加入0.9%生理盐水中250ml静脉点滴,1次/日,对照组31例,给予维脑路通注射液600mg加入低分子右旋糖酐注射液500ml中静滴,1次/日,持续治疗2周,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.5%,对照组74.2%;两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美阿魏酸钠联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞效果明确,安全性好。Objective：To evaluate the effects of sodium ferulate injection combined with Xue Se Tong injection on the treatment of focal cerebral infarction.Methods：62 cases of patients were divided into treatment group of 31 patients and control group of 31 patients,Treatment group were treated with 150mg intravenous injection of sodium ferulate,once a day,combined with 300mg intravenous injection of Xue Se Tong.The control group was given low molecular dextran injection 500ml,including 600mg Troxerutin,once a day.The effects were observed after 2 weeks＇ continuous treating.Results：The total effective rate accounted for 93.5% in therapy group,while 74.2% in control group.It had statistical signif icance compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：sodium ferulate injection combined with Xue Se Tong injection is effective and safe in treating focal cerebral infarction.
