经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微切除垂体腺瘤病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤的显微手术技巧及术后处理方法。方法回顾性分析39例经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微切除垂体腺瘤手术经验。结果手术时间平均55 min,肿瘤全部切除30例,次全部切除9例。术后全部恢复良好,视力明显改显,2例出现脑脊液鼻漏。结论经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微切除垂体腺瘤是一种快捷、安全、有效的手术方法。Objective To explore the microsurgical technique for single nostril - sphenoid sinus approach for treatment of pituitary adenoma, and post - operative treatment. Methods The retrospective analysis was performed in 39 patients with pituitary adenoma treated by miemsurgical technique through single nostril - sphenoid sinus approach. Results Average duration of the operation was 55 minutes. Total removal was achieved in 30 cases and subtotal removal in 9 cases. All cases got improvement in vision. Transient cerehrospinal rhinorrhea was happened in 2 cases. Conclusion The resection of pituitary adnomas via single - nostril transsphenoidal approach is minimally invasive, efficacious and safe.
