基于制冷空调产品价值链,实施“三全”人才培养模式——以顺德职业技术学院制冷与空调专业为例

摘　　要：高等职业教育作为高等教育发展的一个类型,其内在有着自身的规律和特点。顺德职业技术学院制冷空调专业在专业改革与建设实践中,以工学结合为途径,基于制冷空调产品价值链,积极探索"三全"人才培养模式,充分利用生产性实训基地真实场所、真实设备、真实项目,以就业为导向,以能力为本位,全面培养学生知识、能力和素质,提高学生的就业竞争力和可持续发展的能力,做出了一些有益的尝试。As a part of higher education, higher vocational education has its own internal rules and characteristics. During the reformation and construction process of the major of refrigeration and air-conditioning of Shunde Polytechnic, THREE COMPLETENESS Talents Cultivation mode is studied based on products value chain of refrigerator and air-conditioner by means of the combination of working and learning. For serving occupations and improving capability, real circumstances, equipments and projects of skill training base are taken full use of and knowledge, capability and diathesis are cultivated to improve competitiveness and capacity for students＇ sustainable development.
