依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组应用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗:依达拉奉注射液30mg,静脉滴注,2次/d;奥扎格雷钠80mg,静脉滴注,2次/d。对照组应用奥扎格雷钠80mg,静脉滴注,2次/d;14d为1个疗程,其余常规抗血小板治疗及辅助治疗均相同。结果分别在治疗前、治疗后7、14d评估神经功能缺损程度和有效率;与治疗前比较,两组神经功能缺损评分均降低,但治疗组降低更明显;治疗7、14d后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone on the acute cerebral infarction. [Methods]120 of cases of the acute infarction of the brain were divided into two groups. 80 mg of sodium ozagrel combined with 30 mg of edaravone were administered into the patients twice each day in treatment group and 80 mg of sodium ozagrel were administered into the patients in controls group twice each day for 14 d. The other therapy of both groups including using antiplatelet drug was the same with each other.[Results] After 7 d and 14 d the neurologic impairment of both group were evaluated and the scores of the neurologic impairment of the both groups were lower than before, but the functions of nerves of the subjects improved more than the controls and the rate of effectivity of the subjects was higher than the controls. [Conclusion]The therapeutic effect on the acute cerebral infarction of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone is significant and the method is worth widely using.
